The luxurious living room is sleek and contemporary, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room has air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a wall-mounted TV, a seating group and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area and a breakfast bar with stools. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and terrace.

Pool & Terrace

A spacious terrace is centered by a large infinity pool at the ground floor level to the front of the living space. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the rear of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area and outdoor seating space. Terrace and pool maintenance are completed daily by the attendant.

Depoosit of £500 is required at the entrance to the villa. The villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before the departure from the villa. The deposit will be returned to our guest if there are no problems, such as any damaged, broken or lost items.
